Who Can Apply for a Home Loan?
- Salaried Individuals:
- Age: 21 to 60 years (at loan maturity)
- Minimum monthly income: ₹25,000
- Employed with a reputed private, public, or government organisation
- Minimum 2 years of total work experience
- Good CIBIL Score – 700 or above preferred
- Self-Employed / Business Owners:
- Age: 25 to 65 years (at loan maturity)

- Stable income with filed ITR for last 3 years
